CANCELLATION POLICY

As the end consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (FG EWIV für internationale Wirtschaftsentwicklung und Kommunikation, Postal address: FG EWIV, Am Ländbach 16, 82481 Mittenwald, in**@tr******.com, Phone: +49 178 687942) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF CANCELLATION

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, less delivery costs and items excluded from cancellation, after receipt and inspection of the goods within fourteen days of the day on which we receive the goods. Please provide us with the bank details for the refund, including the name of the account holder and the IBAN. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTS:

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Also excluded from the right of cancellation are:

  • All colloidal metals
  • CDS
  • Opened bottles/tins
  • Individual products from a set
  • Installed water systems
  • Flooded filters
  • Submerged membranes
  • Sounders
