As the end consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (FG EWIV für internationale Wirtschaftsentwicklung und Kommunikation, Postal address: FG EWIV / Spedition Neuner, Am Ländbach 16, 82481 Mittenwald, info@trimedea.com, Phone: +49 178 687942) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, less delivery costs and items excluded from the withdrawal, after receipt and inspection of the goods within fourteen days of the day on which we receive the goods. Please provide us with the bank details with the name of the account holder and the IBAN for the repayment of the amount. You bear the costs for returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
THE RIGHT OF REVOCATION DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING CONTRACTS:
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer or which have come into contact with body fluids.

- CDL
- Opened bottles/cans
- Individual products from a set
- Installed water systems
- Flooded filters
- Submerged membranes
- Sound generator
